Qorvia is distributed through the Mac App Store, so your purchase is governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in addition to anything specific to Qorvia below. This page doesn’t attempt to restate Apple’s terms.

The software

Qorvia is provided as-is, for connecting to and asking questions about databases you have the right to access. You’re responsible for the credentials you enter and for the databases you connect it to.

What it doesn’t do

Qorvia is read-only by design — see the Privacy page for the specifics of what’s enforced before any statement reaches your database. It does not modify, delete, or write to a connected database under normal operation.

A note on what isn’t finalized here

This is a minimal terms page for launch, not a complete legal document — it doesn’t yet cover warranty disclaimers, liability limits, or dispute resolution in the detail a full terms of service normally would. If you need those specifics before relying on Qorvia for something, ask.
